What is the Living Temple Course?
This course will help you deeply understand that your body is a temple! It will transform the way you feel about making love, your body, and the gift that it is to have a womb.
You’ll learn everything I know about reclaiming your sense of pleasure and aliveness, living in harmony with the cycles of mother nature, and empowering your womb as your inner teacher.
Through ancient and authentic tantric practices, modern science, and stories from the hundreds of wombs I’ve worked with, you will feel what your body has been dreaming of.
Who is this course for?
This course is for people who want to cultivate a loving, conscious relationship with their womb to reclaim their sense of pleasure and aliveness! It’s for women who want to feel sexually liberated and deeply in tune with the rhythms of their body.
When we live in a society which has shamed and misunderstood female sexuality for thousands of years, many of us shut down our sexual energy because it doesn’t feel safe to experience sexual sensations in the body… there is fear of being too attractive or not attractive enough so we chronically criticise ourselves, fear of feeling humiliated when our bodies do what they naturally do so we pathologise ourselves and outsource our power to the medical system, and fear of unleashing our rage, speaking our truth, and being disliked.
On top of that, in tantra, sexual energy is understood as life force energy. Tantra teaches us how to cultivate our sense of aliveness by expanding our sexual energy so we can fully enjoy the pleasure of being alive (which very much includes making love)! So, when our sexual energy is suppressed, it can be difficult to enjoy all aspects of life. So, we seek sexual energy out and often settle for less than we deserve when it comes to making love. We people-please, overgive, and feel grateful for any attention we receive even if it doesn’t feel good.
The stress that is caused by suppressing our sexual energy can create dis-ease in the womb. This can be experienced as tension, fear, anger, and shut down.

So, I created the Living Temple Course to share the tools of Womb Tantra with people who want to learn everything I know about cultivating a respectful relationship with the womb.
This course is the prerequisite to the Womb Tantra Teacher Training where the focus is on how to share the tools. First, it’s important that you apply them to your own personal transformation through the Living Temple Course.

If you are currently processing womb-related trauma and it’s feeling very intense, it’s important to consider whether this course is right for you at this time. Because I will be holding space for the group as a whole, I won’t be able to offer extensive 1:1 support during the group sessions. If you’re catching up with the zoom recording or doing at-home practices, you will mostly be holding space for yourself. Although I do offer additional 1:1s as part of the course when needed, to get the most out of this course, you’ll want to take part in the group and at-home practices. So, it may be best that prior to joining this course, you do some work with me in the 1:1 Sexual Empowerment Mentorship or with another facilitator. You can always join the Living Temple Course in the future when you feel ready. If you’re not sure, we can discuss during our Discovery Session 🌹

What do we learn on the course?
This is my mastermind offering. I teach you everything I have learnt through numerous trainings around the world, personal experiences, and supporting hundreds of women over the last seven years where I have witnessed jaw-dropping transformations! We explore seven key themes with the tried-and-tested tools of Womb Tantra.

Love is the most powerful medicine in Womb Tantra. Tantric enlightenment can be defined as bringing loving awareness to all aspects of life which very much includes the experiences of the womb. Many of us have been conditioned into viewing our wombs negatively so that we are cut off from our wisdom, joy, and pleasure. To heal this wound, we have to forgive by giving ourselves and others what we need to move forwards. We must love ourselves enough to gently move through our blocks and reclaim our sense of aliveness.

Many people know that our bodies have a primal response which helps us run away from the lion without much thought. Yes, our bodies can sense danger, but they can also sense when an experience is going to create stress, love, joy, pleasure, abundance, and divine inspiration… all we have to do is to listen to when our bodies contract or expand. This practice gives us clarity on our boundaries, when we’re overgiving and people-pleasing, what we’d love to receive, who we want to offer our time to, and what choices are in alignment for us.

A lot of the current science on female anatomy is archaic… we still refer to the vulva as the “pudendum” which in Latin means “thing to be ashamed of”. Our wombs have been so misunderstood by the medical system that many of us believe they are an embarrassing, bewilderingly complex, and dangerous body part. We haven’t trustedourpower so we’ve given it away. In Womb Tantra, we intuit which parts of modern science feel useful, and which parts don’t. We’ll learn about hormonal cycles and how our wombs are designed for pleasure.

In tantra there is the concept of lila… the divine play which creates the cosmos. Our societies often teach us that there are strict rules we have to follow to be a good person. But the truth is, there are no rules… especially when it comes to pleasure! We all know the straight storyline of sex… warm each other up a bit, penetration, fantasising, ejaculation, exhaustion, and disappointment. But, when we activate our willingness to be curious, creative, and playful, making love is infinitely orgasmic and enrapturing.

When we invoke our sexual energy, two things happen. Sometimes, we feel the pleasure in our bodies expanding and our nervous systems adjust by breathing deeply, moving the hips, and making sounds. Other times, we become aware of the blocks to our pleasure as the body contracts and challenging emotions come to the surface. We can also learn to breathe, move, and sound to allow this tension in the body to be released. When we do this gently, it creates more room for our sexual energy to flow so we can expand our experience of pleasure!

Tantric practices can unleash our ultimate potential, purpose, and power. This can feel like an increase in sexual sensations, vitality, or life force energy moving through us. For people with wombs, this can happen naturally through orgasms, childbirth, menstruation, and menopause! In Womb Tantra we’ll learn how to awaken kundalini, not by forcing it which can overwhelm the nervous system, but by trusting our wombs and giving ourselves permission to liberate our pleasure.

In life, we often have profound experiences which we think are going to be life-changing! But, if we don’t give ourselves time to get our heads around it and the energy is too much for our nervous systems to sustain, we can find ourselves self-sabotaging, forgetting, and checking out. In Womb Tantra, we always take time to rest and adjust to the more pleasurable baseline we have established. Instead of always reaching for new heights, we embrace our cyclical nature. This is what makes Womb Tantra a path of lasting transformation.

How does the course work?
This course runs from September to March 2026-2027.
We have a session every waxing, full, and waning moon for a couple of hours.
Over the new moon, we rest and integrate.
The sessions are on zoom and are hosted at different times to give everyone the best chance of joining live.
The times and dates for each session will be shared via email a couple of weeks before each cycle begins.
The sessions will be recorded so you can catch up if you can’t join live or want to revisit any parts you loved!
You’ll have access to all recordings until the next course begins the following September.
During the sessions, I will share fun at-home practices for daily integration.
You are strongly encouraged to post in our group after your daily practice so we can all hold you accountable and celebrate you (except for the rest days)!
I offer 1:1s as part of the course so that if some big emotions come up you can receive extra support.
You can either invest in full with £2k, or with six monthly instalments of £350.
Although this has never happened, if you fully take part in the course and haven’t experienced a transformation in your pleasure I will give you a full refund!
There are a maximum of twelve spaces on each course so I can give each of you the support you deserve!
